Growth and Content Strategy
We have worked globally with sporting leagues, federations and teams in developing detailed growth strategies, including global reach, content strategies, and commercial integrations.
Brand and growth strategy are often tasks held by creative agencies and broadcasters, but this doesn’t take into account the strategies for the sporting, league or federation brand. Our belief is in long term brand growth, not just those that suit the agenda of the broadcaster or content platform.
Revenue and Commercial Strategies
In conjunction with our European partners, we work with groups seeking to find and build new revenue streams and commercial opportunities, with commercial grade data analysis of engagement, marketing, revenue to assess shortfalls and prospective areas of growth.
Through this collaboration we seek to create new revenue streams, workflow and process analysis, and implement a digital and marketing strategy to create new opportunities and provide for greater analysis.
Sports Broadcasting
Altitude Consultancy has been involved in the development and strategy of a major broadcaster in Australia, seeking to develop a brand, marketing platform, production relationships, and rights negotiation from start-up phase to growth phase.
Altitude Consultancy achieved major success in 2020-2021 having developed a production strategy for the broadcaster, from scratch, introducing partners for the platform and structure for upcoming broadcast rights deals, as well as developing a platform to attain major funding.
We are the only Australian consultancy group to have successfully built a number of versatile OTT platforms for our clients in multiple continents.
TV Rights
Our team has successfully negotiated a range of sporting and content TV rights deals for a number of sports broadcasters in Australia and across the globe. We have relationships with all major rights aggregators and rights distributors, allowing us access to the entire world’s catalogue of sporting content.
We run detailed rights analysis of the commercial valuation of the rights deal, along with commercialisation of the rights themselves, prospective returns in conjunction with advertising partners, subscriptions, and input costs for reception and distribution.
